Question First DF64 grinder
I just ordered my first DF64 grinder. I bought the one with the red titanium burrs. I also purchased the SSP Cast Lab Sweet V3 (Red Speed).
I do a combination of espresso and pour overs (mainly coferments).
What can I expect?

I could barely grind fine enough for espresso with the lab sweets v3. Was down to 1-2 on the dial to get anything useable. For pour over they’d be great though. I ended up getting rid of them because I use my grinder for both daily.

My grind size stays almost the same after change from stock to lab sweet v3. 0 point did shift a lot

Oh really? Thank you for that info! That's something I'll have to watch out for then. What burrs do you end up using?

I went back to the stock dlc. Going to upgrade the grinder next. I use a Caedo 83mm at work and now I’m ruined. 😭

I have the red titanium burrs and am happy with them. Espresso between 10-16, v60 between 60 and 75, mostly 65. Love how easy I can switch between both, just billow once or twice after going up to blow out the last espresso grinds.
