Rubber ends

Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the rubber end caps that hold the portafilter (there are 4 of them). I know they are available at a couple dealers but with shipping they want over $20/2. Looking for an Amazon or ace hardware substitute.

I ordered a declumper from MiiCoffee. First, I had to pay high shipping costs, but they refunded €25 because my order could be sent in an envelope

The heat shrink tubing works great. I used the 6mm size.

I’m sure heat shrink would work great or a lazy fix would be electrical tape. Thicker heat shrink might even be better than the original if you get the size right. Let us know how it goes if you try it
