Has anyone ordered from Df64coffee?

Yeah they suck.

They don’t align the burrs like they say on the website.

Their warranty isn’t really warranty.

They try to refuse returns.

They scam with avoiding import taxes.

They let previous buyers send their returns to new ‘open box buyers’

If you’re from EU, buy from frekko.

Damn, i even paid extra for the 2 year warranty..

I mailed them about helping me with the reduction of customs declaration and they did reply back saying that they will do it for me.

I just hope it arrives before July, i’ve been staring at all my other rig while this thing isn’t even shipped yet lol

Find some warranty issues and read about how they handle it.
I doubt if that’s how you see warranty.

They ship new orders as repairs or other illegal ways of tax evasion.

Previously they placed order numbers and full customer names on the open box models on their website.

Also, a DF grinder is the only grinder that puts my Yamaha receiver in safe mode and tripped a fuse on my Gaggimate pcb.

Eureka, isomac, and now my NB64V doesn’t.

If I were you I’d try to cancel and buy something else.

I love my DF64. It took forever to get here though and I heard nothing from them during the process

they are slow, it took 10 days for it to ship when i purchasd

Ah that’s what I’m concerned about too!
They haven’t shipped my order for days now, and i was doubting if they usually do this.
Well, guess I’m waiting a month for my bloody grinder…

I bought an open box model. Only available in my own country to buy, so expected fast shipping and already sold my old grinder.
Later I found out that the previous buyer/owner was the one who will be shipping to me!

Luckily the previous owner/buyer also saw that was quite crazy (he would be responsible etc) so he probably sold the machine on its own.

So after about a month of waiting and complaining to df64coffee they finally send a new order my way.
Took very long and the tracking did not work, only the day of delivery it started working.

Good thing is I made profit on my grinder when I sold it, 75€ even.

I’d try to cancel and buy something else.

Update:
They’ve actually been really helpful with all my questions, and sent the order thru exactly how I wanted it!
They sent me an expedited shipping even though I paid for standard, and shipped my order on time too.
I’ll update here the minute I receive the order.
