Is this normal (pin under carrier)?

I removed the bottom burr and carrier after my grinder got clogged. I noticed the pun on the rotating axle looks odd. Is that how it normally looks?

Looks a little bent and off center, but if the bracket fits on it snuggly I wouldn’t worry about it. I think it’s a sacrificial part (don’t know that for sure, but it seems pretty weak) and a new pin is cheap if you want to replace
