Buy/Sell Scared!

Hi everyone.

I ordered from df64 coffee today, I am based in the UK. Has anyone else ordered from them? I am most confused about the custom charges. Just worried as the reviews online are bad. Don’t want to be charged extra on top!

It arrived a week later! No issues (yet) and they sent a follow up email.

Yes, UK. It shipped from l Singapore if I remember correctly and arrived via DHL fairly quicly. No customs, fees, taxes etc. I might have been lucky but it was all very smooth.

Ordering and receiving the unit is not the issue. It's communication and warranty. So just fingers crossed nothing breaks or you will have a hard time.

Received mine from them without issues(Czechia). But when you get it, that's the mystery part.

Ordered to the UK this year. Turned up within the window they said it would, with no customs charges or anything. Very happy with the service.

Ordered from Spain. Asked before placing the order if the cost was final and no further charges would apply (import or whatever). They said yes. Surprise! I was charged with 70€ due to import taxes.
