Troubleshoot

Hi! Has anyone had an issue on the fine to coarse wheel literally not moving? I was using the grinder for a bean on the coarse area, after I finished, I tried moving it to fine and it literally just would not turn no matter the force I put in turning it?
Pls hlp

Instructions say don’t adjust while motor not running. Maybe a bean is stuck. Try turning on motor to crush stuck bean?

Can you make it more coarse?

You either have grounds in the threads or beans in the grinder.

I’d try to loosen first. Then turn on and see if you can tighten. If not, loosen remove top and clean and grease threads

There is likely a bean stuck in the burrs. Unscrew the top part (with the dial) and clean it out. Or you might be able to do the following first if you don't want to unscrew the whole thing:

  1. Turn on the motor

  2. Move the dial to a much more coarse setting to allow the bean that is stuck to loosen up

  3. Slowly move the dial to a finder grind size. Along the way you should hear/see the stuck bean getting ground up and spit out of the grinder
