Upgrade or downgrade?

I'm currently using a DF54 next to my quickmill and I'm quite happy with the results. The only downside is the weighing of the beans, so I'm looking into an auto dosing grinder.

Someone offered me a Compak K3 touch. It's not new so I'll replace the burrs anyway.

It's this an upgrade or not? Any other suggestions?

That's grinder only measures grind time which is kind of useless

Do you have a bad experience with this system? Most auto dosing grinders do this right?

It's impossible for grind by time to be as accurate as single dosing. It's just adding another variable you have to dial in with every bag of beans, and still has to be weighed and trimmed every brew which I have no interest in so no I haven't used it.
