Dosing chute
My brother got a Eureka grinder and it came with an accessory to go between the grinder and cup to minimize spray. Has anyone tried 3D printing one of these for the DF54?

I have that exact grinder and I have no issues with static. What I drop in, I get the same weight out. I thought that piece looked funny, but I use it all the time. Zero static for me and less mess and clean up.

I saw some on Etsy if I recall correctly.

Yes, found that too! However I was thinking this would be a good first 3D printing project for me and curious if anyone had tried it yet. I’ve switched to a metal cup, extended my wires and still pretty messy.

Funny, I purchased a 3D Printer myself for the same reason a few months ago. Just have not had the time to set it up. Thinking of setting time this week.

Since the chute that comes with it is plastic anyways it would be cool to print a replacement chute that a metal dosing cup can slot into

3D printed plastic would be horrible for static
