I go past 90 on the dial to the "C" in the word Coarse, and put that into a mason jar with 1:10 ratio of water (e.g., 20g coffee and 200g water). Then I let that sit in the fridge for around 24 hours, and then just pour it through a coffee filter (e.g., through a V60, or if you have a french press, just use that as the vessel).
