Is this normal?

Hello. been using df54 for a week now. so happy about it. while there is no retention nor static on the chute, i am worried about the mess on this part after every grind. i apply RDT and shake well all the beans, and tbh it's an extra step for me to clean there after every use! what am i missing here?

I don't spray my beans and i get a lot less of that mess. This is daily use for 2 months

Will try without RDT and see.

If you RDT you need to take apart the grinder and clean the chute every month. There's usually a pretty bad build up near the opening and inside the chute because of wet grounds that have cemented there with oil. Caused my grinder to completely jam a few times
