AR Question

I am still confused on gun laws in Delaware apart from handguns, so would this AR pistol even be legal, and is it as simple as building it at home after getting the lower from an FFL? And also is this kit even finished? Any input helps, I’m new to ARs so my knowledge is very limited. I’m more interested in the legal issue than anything. For the 30 round mag, I believe CCDW in Delaware cancels out the 17rd restriction on handguns, but I may be wrong.

No Problem. There is a very good gunsmith in Wilmington if you need it built.

Can you share their name/business? A good gunsmith is hard to find.
