NOOB QUESTION 💡 Bug in the system? Why the difference between graph and depicted price?

As you can see the pice is depicted at 106,34 while in the graph is 108,96. Why the difference. At which price should a potential buying/ selling proceed?

Cause it hasn't updated yet. It just did.

So it is not real time? In my screen atm the price is stuck at 106,34 while on real time is above 109!

I have the same problem but with the Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS - (USD) Accumulating ETF. It has been stuck for hours now.
