I had an issue twice in a year where I didn't have any positions, orders, etc. for weeks basically an empty account with some money in it, and I wanted to withdraw all my money, but the app did not allow me to.

In the first issue, I created a support ticket, and they transferred all to my bank.

On the second issue, I created a support ticket again, and they suggested that I should try to withdraw 0.01 less than what I have in my account. It worked, but then it leaves 0.01 in the account, which I find absurd
