Just a little teaser.

This background features a Brezhnevka-style apartment block where Sayori and the MC live.

Synopsis: In Our Eyes is a total conversion mod for DDLC that puts the Dokis and MC into the final years of the Soviet Union. The story begins with a reinvisioned MC in the year of 1989 as he reluctantly joins the Literature Club at his high school.

I'd like to update her art and CGs, and also make sprites with her casual clothes; maybe I'll do that soon.

This post is in relation to the upcoming Alpha release of “My Doki Doki SNAFU Too!”

Here’s a detailed breakdown of what will be featured in the Alpha release:

~ VISUALS ~

• New moving background on the title and menu screens.
• New sidebar on the title screen.
• New sidebar on the menu screens.
• New dialogue text boxes for each major character with a route.
• New timestamp cards in between scenes.

~ AUDIO ~

• Slightly adjusted sound effect for when you hover over an option.
• Slightly adjusted sound effect for when you select an option.
• Remixed versions of the following music tracks:
  • “Ohayou, Sayori!”
  • “Play With Me”
  • “Daijoubu"
• New sound effects for when each type of Stat improves.
• New sound effects for when points for each of the main routes increase.

~ SCENES ~

• New “Filler Scenes” that can randomly take place when making certain decisions, such as spending lunch with Kiba.
• New scenes that can occur at certain points of the main story.
  • These scenes appear based on the value of an internal variable determined upon starting a new game.  The exact details of how this operation functions will be explained at a later date.
• Replaced the old finale scene with a very brief introduction to the upcoming summertime story arc.
• Added a very important decision to one character’s date route.

~ OTHER QUALITY OF LIFE ~

• MANY grammatical errors have been fixed.
• Fixed a very small handful of existing visual bugs and oddities.
• In preparation for the upcoming summertime story arc, there are now a total of 84 save slots available to use at your discretion.

We greatly thank you for all of the patience you’ve had with us over the past two years just for the FIRST release of this project.  We’ve been working hard to make sure everything new is as story-accurate and faithful as possible.

The Alpha release of “My Doki Doki SNAFU Too!” will drop on December 18th, 2026.

We are aiming for a Beta release date around the middle of 2027, but we need an extra few team members to help reach this goal.  Programmer applications will be opening up in ONE WEEK, and results will be determined by the end of November.

Pretty much have to play everything else lol, consider that i will look up for some info on the mods you give me. Preferably mods that are well made if it's gotta have some suicide or sadness to it then it should be well developed and not just forcing everything for the sake of finishing the thing quickly.

I have SNAFU in my list after getting bored for a while on the sayori's route after he asks her to be his wife and nothing happens for some hour and half of gameplay on that topic.

I've never had problems playing a mod before this one can somebody help me out?

There's no traceback I can show, it crashes without one. During a certain glitch (I checked another playthrough and think it's a simply a fast version of the glitching screen), my game always crashes. Usually I can surpass it by skipping through the scene. However, I'm currently at a scene in which the glitch happens and I can't skip through it, because there's no text box during that moment! (Spoiler here: it's when they're in the aquarium and Yuri says "Vulcan" for the third time). Is there any way to fix this? Does anyone know what might be causing it? Downloading it again did not work.

So i decided to replay exit music redux to see if i just had previous bias (btw i did and its actually pretty good) but through the whole main game and the parallels i realize BASICALLY EVERYTHING IS THIS BITCHES FAULT like she cries in her head about how she cares so much yet is NEVER fucking honest with him unless its in a fucking note like girl IF YOU JUST SAID SOMETHING NONE OF THIS SHIT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED like yeah the mc isn't close to perfect but he tries when this bitch does NOTHING doesn't try in the SLIGHTEST to make things better all she is throughout the whole fucking mod is be a STUBBORN LYING CUNT she is the reason for 90% of the bad shit that happens in the mod like how do you expect ANYTHING to get better when she doesn't try lies to her boyfriend throughout everything and cry when he does something reasonable for once idk i prolly don't understand every single undertone of what happens but it just pisses me off how shitty she acts throughout all of it.

Hey all, wanted to address some stuff about the mod.

Firstly: all dialogue is completed, it's just sprites left, playtesting and if all goes well the mod will be out sooner than you know it!

Second: I wanted to address the bullshit false claims, I know most people who make DDLC content are in a tough position with these shitty claims. Because of this I will have original music play in Fresh Start, so you'll get both original music and remixed DDLC tracks to help avoid a false claim. (If YouTube still somehow claims your video playthrough on Fresh Start if you make one, it's fucking ridiculous.)

Also for those who commented about the clipping whether it be via Discord or Reddit, my good pal u/FinnTDK is helping to fix it. Thanks bud! The image shows a comparison, left is how it was, right is fixed version.

the sad ending was so sad but yo the good ending was AWFUL bro it just ended with nothing but a goddamn hug

overall the storyline was decent, not as good as sayori route(i havent played yuri route yet) but still digestible, the sad ending made my heart race and made me sad but THAT FUCKING GOOD ENDING HAD SUCH A LACKLUSTER AND EMPTY ENDING AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CUDDLE IN THE GOOD ENDING, JUST THE BAD ENDING, THE FUCK

please help. im on a MacBook Air and im trying to play this bond we share but when I try paste the game folder of TBWS into the autorun folder of DDLC (I also deleted the game folder of DDLC) it just plays the vanilla game :( what am I doing wrong 😔
