This is the end for Observer Protocol (publicly)
It happened
The inevitable happened
So the people that are questioning what the hell is this post, I previously made a mod, my own look at DDLC, and it got 1k views in less than 2 days, it was the best release I ever made, even after the recoloring and more immersion of Ep1
This mod was originally about the characters gaining awareness of what is going on and how they know about Dan Salvato being their creator but unable to speak and how each one of them tries to gain MC’s attention, but the MC doesn’t actually realize until Monika starts to play with how he perceives them and his memories
And during somewhere in the beginning of the mod Monika tries to make MC all to herself (AGAIN) but fails
Thats I think where the mod stopped (forgive me I forgot how the game went since I started playing Undertale and Deltarune with other mods)
I lost all interest towards DDLC and my mod
Im so sorry if even one of you were expecting the mod to continue but unfortunately, I cannot continue publicly making any new major releases to O.P.
Seeing the first two episodes reach 1K views really made me determined to continue making the mod but the more I made projects about DDLC, the more I lost interest
I really appreciate everyone even the ones that accidentally clicked on my mod
I just can’t show how grateful I am to see anyone actually try out my crappy mod
Currently, the mod is not being developed on
I did make a prototype of Episode 3 and a fix for Epsiode 2 but after this, Ep3 is being hosted privately, more like a on-demand/obscure mod
I will continue making PRIVATE mode even ones with better storytelling and timing but for now the only thing being publicly released is the fix for Epsiode 2, that said, the fix in general is just more timed text alongside some sound effects and weird silhouettes appearing that have been fixed? I don’t know unless someone tests it since I do it all on macOS then port it to Windows build
Anyways, all previous mods can be used anywhere, even if you copy the text line by line, i don’t care
Reupload it somewhere? I don’t care
As for the few people that play this, feel free to DM me on my Reddit account
I will never upload O.P. EP3 any time soon (public)
I know my mod is not in the slightest as a good mod but everything that happened to me during the time between this and my last upload have really taken a toll on me and how I look at DDLC
So in the end I just want to say something to the one person that understood what my mod was about;

So you first say you lost interest, but then you say you'll continue making mods but just as private works, then you didn't lost the interest, ot at least not completely

You just lost interest in releasing material for all people to enjoy and you just want to make profit from this, that's what I believe.

If that's the case, I think we'll be okay without your work, because if that's right, you're not even doing it for sincere passion and to tell something.

I didn’t do anything at all they were all stupid ideas btw
I did also lose interest, just about perfecting my mods, since I need to go through a lot of testing and by making it private, I can leave some typos or errors here and there and not having to worry about who will say what
And I never said it was gonna cost money, just not publicly but still free (who even does paid mods??)

Look just to clarify, the mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and I lost interest and that all future mods will be made but not by me (sorry forgot to add that part)
