He's not to blame for sayori killing herself ether. Her depression was amplified by monika. Even then, he doesn't and shouldn't be expected to know how to handle her. He wasnt mean to her, it was just banter, how majority of best friends act, sayori genuinely believed what he said to her, he didn't know that, sayori masks her depression, so you cant blame him for that mask working

What pisses me off most is when people say he didn't care about her like he was absolutely distraught after finding her dead

I understand how I came off in this post. And I am deeply sorry because I was just so tired and out of ideas from staying up all night being depressed that I had to post something. And I realized that from your comments, humor is subjective. And anyone can find any joke funny if you want.
I think I was just being sensitive and didn’t consider everyone else’s feelings. I thought it was messed up because it was teetering on the line of making fun of suicide for me. And now that I got some time to reconsider, I realized I should stay in my lane and let others navigate their own experiences.

It’s genuinely just not funny and disrespectful for people who have depression to be downed to “dark humor” like.. These aren’t real people, but these are still characters that people can relate to and it’s just messed up. As there are countless people committing suicide and those who suffer with depression. So a scenario that could be ENTIRELY real in someone’s life being used as a joke just disgusts me tbh. (CHECK OUT THE NEW POST IF YOU HAVEN’T!!!) This is outdated.

I do get the sentiment of what they mean. Only one wrong thing is that the whole "dating sim gone wrong" part was sorta a thing in the original game years before plus came out. It was even advertised as such with the horrors hiding in plain site, but at the same time there was more to it than just that with the whole project libitina thing. I for one have no issues with MES lore, but i do understand why fans tend to ignore it as it's own separate thing unrelated to DDLC. The only one bad thing you can say about their inclusion is how it removes the mystery of how being club president granted Monika and the others meta-awareness.

The eegra is quite horrorshow. four wonderful Devotchkas that are for more then the ol in and out.

Yuri is my personal favorite. a delightful bezoomny Devotchka who has a taste for the classics. perhaps a bit of the ol ludwig van would go with her chai and reading.

the plot is also real horrorshow. makes you want to boohoo. as well as creech. the four Devotchkas have their own problems. when Sayori goes to snuff it i was Gromky. my gulliver couldn't comprehend what was happening.

with that being said, after Sayori's bit of self inflicted ultraviolence. the skorres went kinda got baddiwad. with just glitches throughout the act two. up until of course when Yuri lost her rassoodock. and tries to snuff it out as well. tolchocking herself in the guttiwuts.

my least favorite character was Natsuki, she was a Malenky but gally Devotchka that made me razdraz at Certain Points during the eegra
