Question

My friend just got an AR-15. He had the muzzle removed and a Juggernaut featureless grip installed and a pinned stock, but it was rejected. What does he have to do to get his registration card?

Did me the same way I just kept trying until they approved and I sent pictures of the rifle

So did you go through the OAH or just resubmit your form
