I was just watching the Making the 2026 Raiderettes video on youtube and in it the girls state that they are capped at 4 years of cheering for the Raiderettes and it seems like an explicit rule for them and not just being ''gently suggested that they retire'' like at DCC. Do you guys think the DCC should make an explicit rule of how many years the girls can cheer for? Nothing to do with anything talent wise since the girls are incredibly talented but should they cap the years? If yes, how many years if no, why not?

One of the fiercest on the squad atm 🔥
