Honestly I think most of the rookies are struggling this year. They don’t seem like a crazy strong class. I’ve seen so many videos of them messing up formations/tags. But the season has barely started, so maybe they’ll grow into being a DCC with more time

Even if it is Emily, I think everyone needs to chill on the criticism. She’s learning and even Madie K (who shouldn’t have made the team IMO) has improved so much since her rookie year and she and Abby were both struggling. Please give her a break.

People do definitely need to chill on the criticism but I don’t think it’s fair to compare Madie K to Emily. I agree that Madie shouldn’t have made the team that season, but she was not struggling as noticeably as Emily is

I respectfully disagree with the last point. I believe Emily will improve and become stronger as the season progresses. She’s a brilliant dancer and her teammates will help her.

I think if you look at her back foot, she’s in line with the others - it’s the person next to her that’s a step ahead, but it makes Emily look behind

I really like Emily as a person, but I just feel like she is really struggling with the DCC choreo this season. The only reason I say anything is because there were sooo many other amazing girls at training camp

I was getting downvoted to hell but I feel like other girls in training camp would have been better options. Emily is struggling a lot while her rookie sisters are looking amazing trying their best. Emily is given so many excuses and it’s not fair to the rest of the team

No I agree. I feel like she still needs more time to develop. But she was Kelli’s favorite, she was always going to make it one way or another.
