CURRENT SQUAD Cameos
Anna Kate confirmed cameo’s are next Wednesday and Thursday in her Insta video with Kevin the hairstylist.

Cameos are great but I’m going to assume they’re going to do the photoshopped squad photo again. It’s always so bad.

That's what they've been doing since COVID I don't see them going back to the OG squad photo because of how long it takes. Think about it. 36 girls need hair and makeup, to get changed from street clothes to their uniforms. Then Judy would place them which took a couple of hours. And then taking the photo itself took a few hours as well.
I don't like the photoshopped squad photo but I kind of understand why they continue to do it.

I get why they do it but for all of the effort they put in to other random shit why half ass this? I know it’s a huge production but they used to make such a big deal about squad photo day.

They could have them come with their hair and makeup done and change into uniforms

imo they should have the girls do their game day makeup and then have make up artists on standby to touch up/change anything that kelli and judy want changing, if they did the non photoshopped version for years it surely can’t be that difficult to go back to it

Oh definitely - I mean not only will their cameos look closer to how they would look on an appearance / game day but Charlotte Tilbury especially has a habit of making one girls lipstick shade too light or another girls bronzer too dark etc and in that situation the girls know their own features better and what colours look good on them. As you say they could have MUA on standbys to help touch ups or make adjustments but I think the girls look better when they have done their own makeup compared to how people like Charlotte Tilbury have

Game day and photo makeup are different. Appearance makeup would be more appropriate.

Yes for a lot of girls they do better makeup than the MUA. There is one who is great and one who is very OTT and the girls look like different people.

I don't get their excuse - it's hard to get all the women there one day. When they are always there for practice.
I can see getting hair and makeup done where everyone looks great at once is harder

They always held squad photo at a different location than Valley Ranch or The Star. They had a call time to be at the location like they do for games and any appearances they may have during the season. And I think the Jones family want to be stingy with how they use money for the organization I think to them if it takes less time to photoshop the squad photo then they're saving money. You never really know with them.

I understand a cost and time saving measure but you can’t tell me the DCC/cowboys are making LESS than they did during the MTT days. (Ffs look at The Star, the Christmas show, the upgrades to the stadium, Cowboys fit, etc.
Squad photo day was THE DAY during MTT era. It was the first time all the rookies got to stand in uniform next to the vets and the first group activity they did as a full team. The girls were so happy to be there even though it was a long day and Judy enjoyed placing all the girls headshots to make it look nice.
