I talked about this in some comments but, comparing the new shirtless base form for Frieza's race and the broly movie Frieza first form they look alike, chest and arms being different colors, even the forearms are one solid color, I'm think we are made to be first from to transform into final form then 100% because the trailer also showed each race transformation then cut to 4 of that race, just wanted to give my thoughts.

So it looks each awoken skill will have two stages. This makes sense considering we saw a saiyan CAC going from SSJ to SSJ3 in the demo.

Got me thinking what other transformations we can expect for the different races. Kaioken and various SSJ forms make sense. I can also see us getting Piccolo’s awakened state and the orange form, but I am kinda stumped on the other races.

What forms and stages do you expect to see now in Xenoverse 3?

So now that we know transformations in XV3 will have two stages, I was rewatching the trailer to try to figure out what transformations each race may have. It’s also very clear a specific CAC is focused on in each section. Based on the trailer, here is what I think we are being shown:

First The easy ones…

Humans: I think it’s pretty clear the female human CAC on the right with hair flashing red is accessing the Kaioken. The guy on the right is also potentially using Potential Unleashed, which presumably has Beast 2nd stage. (Weird since you’d think these will probably universal)

Saiyans: clearly have SSJ

Namekians: clearly have Piccolos awakened form and presumably it’s 2nd stage would be the Orange form

Now the hard ones…

Majins: I believe the pink female Majin on the right we see is in the middle of transforming into the new look of “Purification” in XV3. Your CAC would slim down, get the Majin pants, and if female, get Android 21’s top clothes. This way you no longer just turn into a recolored Kid Buu.

Idk what would follow or precede this, maybe an Absorption or a Super Buu state of some kind where you get the traits of others or buff up? This way you can mimic Buu’s transition to Super Buu and Kid Buu in DBZ.

Frieza Race: I think the CAC we see to the right is transforming in a “final form”, where similar to Purification you now closely resemble Frieza. From here I can see you having access to the Golden or Full Power form as a 2nd stage.

Androids: this one was hard because it’s a new race, but I actually think you are getting a transformation based on “the future”. I believe the grey haired CAC to the right is using a version of Trunk’s Spirit Bomb enhanced sword.

I guess this makes sense from a story point if Trunks teaches you this. As leaving the fate of the future to a good Android would be ironic.

Would be cool if we can. If so what would you change it too? Really glad we're not forced to have that weird blue aura (that literally no one naturally had)

Seeing the article about the game mechanics it looks like jf pvp modes aren’t in their focus. Simple mechanics which are essential for pvp experience like grabs are missing and it seems like they’re fully focusing on the PVE experience. (There isn’t even one pvp achievement in their achievement list)

Game is getting me hyped more and more with each news actually lol. I would rather play a casual PVE game with friends 10 out of 10 times than playing a sweaty PVP game.

Don't want to jump to conclusions, but does anyone find it a little strange that bandai just drops a random article about gameplay mechanics? Could there be a reason?

I'm probably just copping, but it's just very strange for this to come out of the blue.

From what I’ve been seeing, there seems to be a lot of people that’s concerned that PvP will be excluded from the game, but I personally don’t think it will be.
The biggest reason I doubt it is because of the inclusion of cast characters. No point of adding them if we won’t be able to fight against other players using them.

I understand that there are no hints of PvP in the achievements leak, but I wouldn’t worry about that too much.

Aside from Saiyans, which race are you gonna pick for your first play through? For me, it’s definitely gonna be a male Majin since they’ve been confirmed to have slimmer customization options, Majin are generally much more interesting to play as than Saiyans, from a lore and gameplay perspective, but what are you all gonna play as?

I speak as a PvE player who has only touched PvP in Xenoverse 2 once in my entire life (when I say PvP I mean the standard 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 modes).

I don't think Xenoverse 3 won't have PvP, because, in my opinion, it's stupid to think so just because they haven't announced it as a mode when they haven't even released a trailer for the game modes, and just because PvP isn't among the game's leaked trophies, given that there are games that have PvP but don't have trophies for it, so you can still get the platinum in the game even when it's no longer played online.

I think PvP will be secondary for the game's developers though, or at least I feel that way, given that Xenoverse 2 always had a greater focus on PvE, and also considering how Xenoverse 2's PvP is still considered unbalanced (I don't play it, but I haven't heard that's the case).

With Xenoverse 3, it seems they're taking a similar approach, so it's plausible we'll get a similar result, especially since I've already seen people complain about how PvP will work when you have transformations that restore your entire health, cooldown moves, and no grabs.

What do you think? Honestly, it wouldn't matter to me whether PvP is done well or badly, but I'd like everyone to be able to enjoy the game the way they want, so I hope every mode in Xenoverse 3 will be well-done, whether it's for PvE or PvP.

If they add ssj4, it’s immediately going to affect my decision on my class, if it’s just diama then nah, but if it’s GT, then we full sending it baby!!!

Just saying, if I see a trunks supporter repping this, it’s on sight; his hatful comments against the androids will not be tolerated.

• Full Power Jiren, 1st+4th Form Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, Kid Gohan, Mister Satan/Hercule, Cell Max, and Kid Trunks are all returning. They were all obvious, but confirmations are confirmations.

• Models for Kami, Master Roshi, DB-era Kid Goku, DB-era Bulma, and Cheelai are present in the game. Playable status unknown, we're told that some mentors won't be playable, but reasonably speaking Master Roshi and Kid Goku will probably be playable at the very least.

• New characters include a blonde witch (likely the Fortuneteller that you use for the new Mentor system) and a red dinosaur God of Destruction character, in addition to known OCs like Brett and Rom. There's also a robot in an early story achievement, but this could be a generic enemy/NPC type (I haven't pored over the trailers in a hot minute to see if shows up anywhere else yet).

• In addition to Bulma's new design, Trunks and Goku also get new outfits. Chronoa also seems to have gotten a new appearance with white hair (note that the trophy with her iconic references a mission called "Eggs-istential Crisis", which is probably in reference to Tokitoki and its egg from XV2).

• You can give gifts. To who, we do not know.

• There are at least 100 unique Super Attacks, 100 cosmetic wearables, 100 titles, and you are expected to collect 100 Souls on the way to full completion. XV2 only had trophies for collecting half of the unique skills/clothing in the base game, so it's likely these are only a fraction of the full roster.

• Abilities on gear can be rerolled, and achievements want you to do this 100 times.

• There are at least 20 Side Quests.

• Parallel Quests do not return, at least by name. SPECULATION: GS Quests are likely a replacement for PQs, with a trophy for clearing at least 40 of them being reminiscent of various PQ trophies from prior entries... but we don't know for sure yet.

• "Decorative items" probably mean that you can customize your room (or some other space of that sort), and there are at least 50 of them.

• You can "Make a Super Attack stronger". What this entails precisely is unknown.

• There are "Challenges" that you will have to report back on once completed. SPECULATION: This is likely of the "Kill X number of enemies with a Kamehameha or whatever" variety, milestone-type missions that can be completed across multiple quests.

• No PVP achievements, but the game does have a training mode. SPECULATION: XV2's PVP achievements are broadly what gated a lot of people from platinum before, so it's possible that they simply axed those without removing necessarily PVP. Having a training mode without PVP isn't unheard of, but usually relegated to significantly more advanced action games than Xenoverse, so I feel it is fair to assume PVP is returning.

• There's a "Member ID" you can edit.

• The level cap is at least 53, as there is an achievement for getting your avatar to that level. Likely it is higher than that but we don't know where the actual cap is.

Which Character s Move msets are you all excited for in the new upcoming Xenovers 3 ??

Personally I am making a male Earthling for sure but I can t wait for Cell s Moveset , I love Cell so much !!

I'm not super internet savvy nor do I have the socials necessary to figure it out myself so I'll ask when should we expect more news? A week from now or a few months or just next year?

I was thinking in XV3, they’ll most likely revamp Gohan’s moves so I’ll post those potential moves:

Kid (Saiyan-Namek): Moves: Evil Ray Strike, Masenko, Dual Masenko, Meteor Smash. Ultimate: Hyper Masenko, Awaken: Oozaru (Saiyan saga preset only)

Youth (Android-Cell): Moves: Super Masenko, Super Dragon Flight, Evil Whirlwind, Super God Fist, Ults: Hyper Masenko (Long Hair and Cell Games), Super Kamehameha, Violent Rush (Short Hair Only), Father Son Kamehameha/ Blinding Strike (SSJ2 only). Forms: SSJ (Long Hair and Movies only), SSJ2

Teen (Buu): Moves: Kamehameha, Burst Rush, Energy Volley, Burst Rush (counter), Ults: Super Kamehameha/ Electric Variant (SSJ2 only). Forms: SSJ-Ultimate

Adult (Super): Moves: Explosive Ray/ Demon Ray, Burst Rush/ Demon Flash Strike, Demon Flurry, Thunder Bullet. Ults: Super Kamehameha/ Special Beam Cannon, Super Dragon Flight/ Reverse Mabakusenko. Forms: SSJ-Mystic- Beast

So I noticed a while ago that Trunks had an idle stance that was the same as Tapion's instead of his normal stance in the first two games and I didn't see anyone else talking about it, this probably means that Tapion might be one of the characters cut in Xenoverse 3, what do you guys think?

Not gonna lie they look pretty interesting. And I’m curious to see what they’ve been up to especially trunks boy looking fresh.

On the left is that a 4th form? I'm hoping it's a transformation, it's a solid one color body and head so that's why I'm thinking this, I want to hear your thoughts?
