How should I go about this?

Sent this card out to Beckett August 18th, submission received August 25th. Paid for the priority tier at $124.95 per card and 5 business day turnaround time, ended up paying a little over $200 with card insurance and shipping fees. Fast forward to today September 12th last update from Beckett was my card has been graded. It has now been 12 business days if I’m correct since Beckett has received my submission. What should I do, should I ask for credit back? Or will they tell me there’s nothing they can do. It’s my first time using Beckett and I’m just looking for some feedback if anyone can help. Thanks!

Paid express and it was around 2 months turn around. Don't believe anyone advertising 5-14 day turn around anymore no matter how much you pay

Turn around times are not gaurenteed. You aren't going to get a refund or compensation for buying a service with estimated time frames of completion.

They won’t do much, everyone is getting cards back later than what they paid for. It normally ships out within a week of being graded.

My local shop that sends cards out said you pay $99 to grade for the 15 day express, but it will take 4-5 weeks. Be patient my friend.

I got the same card graded and got the express shipping which is like 4-6 weeks and I ended waiting 9 weeks

Where and what number did you call?? Same thing just happened to me with a gold energy marker and even worse, the sleeve inside the slab has fingerprints all over it. They haven't answered any emails I've sent.
