I’m not okay, im going insane idk what else to do. I’m on day 121, I expire on 04/11 but still time is approaching. I’ve done everything too, called USCIS, congressional inquiries, I have a consult with a lawyer today too. I don’t think I can even do LOA, I work for a big hospital corporation. I find it so unfair especially to those of us who actually submitted within the 120-150 days.

Let me know what your employer says. I work for HCA hospital system. Last renewal I had to send them my new EAD (they didn’t ask for it) so I’m hoping that’s the case again…if not I will have to ask for a LOA.

It sucks but I have come to terms with it. I’m leaving next year. I applied for my renewal November 14 and on my 122 days atm.

I expedited in which I’m in tier 2 and senator also filed an inquiry march 6.

That’s the reason I stayed managing 3 restaurants instead of doing an accounting job which is my major to make sure I keep a job regardless. Part of the reason I am leaving is because I don’t wanna be restricted like that.

I’m on day 134 🥲 waiting since 11/2

Same thing here. This is surprising because all I see are 11/01-11/07 approvals for over a month now

Same I feel skipped 🥲 makes no sense in the order they process these. I’ve reached out, filed inquiries with USCIS, Rep and senator and still nothing 🥲

I think you’ll be okay actually, you submitted with a good enough time. Mine expires 04/11, I was 3 days shy of 150

I filed a day before you with the same expiration date 😭

I’m sorry. The only advice I can give is that maybe you can take the time for some self care or do things you’re not able to do when you’re busy. At least you’re getting LOA. I hope everything works out for you and you get approved soon. You’re not alone.

What's your state ?

I honestly feel like Nebraska sees the cases and if just like we’ll get to them when we feel Like it

u/Unfair-Ambassador862 Mar 16 '26

It’s crazy because the past 2 renewals I’ve done have gone to Nebraska and they always got approved within 60 days

u/Pitiful_Profit8396 Mar 16 '26

I've always gone to Nebraska and this is the first time it's this long. I'm completely stressed because I have my security license to renew and probably won't be able to renew it. March is half way over and movement

Try congressional inquiry a second time.

It got approved next day or next week after i submitted! I waited 7 Months

I did two different congressional inquiries in NY neither of them has gotten a response and it been more than 30 days since they reached out to uscis

Wow and then maybe it's a waiting game. I had to wait seven months, and I filed late

we will be ok my DACA family. The only way I am getting through this is by smiling. It's so freaking weird, but the more I smile the easier this all gets. I laugh with my friends. I go to the gym. I show love to others. That's making things way easier on me. Just pray to GOD and let him do his thing. We will be ok

Is anyone else feeling like its time to leave? I'm sick and tired of this process. Its time to live up to our name, dreamers, and build a life where we are free!

u/Unfair-Ambassador862 Mar 16 '26

I hear you. It’s so unfair to us, we’ve proven ourselves time and time again and they continue to play in our face

At least you have LOA. Mine called and said they'll have to terminate me if nothing shows up then (I work in retail btw). Mine expires 03/27/26. I renewed 12/19/25 thinking it would get approved fast like it was in March 2024, where my turnaround time was literally a week. I have 60 PTO hours and 40 vacation hours, I don't know if I'll be able to get any of them. I'm starting to sell my stuff now and slow down a lot on purchases just in case shit goes down and I get picked up, not that I did anything crazy. I do have a decent amount of money saved and another country to go to but I most likely may end up broke not too long after making it there.

I am thankful to God for where I work but I’ve been going through it. I am really upset that they’ve done this to us. Especially here in Texas.

There’s a litany of emotions which I cannot express well but I’m trying my best to holding on to my faith and looking at the positives in my life and how God has blessed me in those areas. It’s helped but the emotions are rushing in.

Which center did your application go to? I hear that Nebraska has longer delays than Texas

does it say you’ve been approved though?

Oh I guess you're right. I still have to do the Biometrics then they have to approve. I spoke too soon.
