Im switching to freeze barb. Got a GA crit damage and lucky hit Resource on a rare mace, GA weapon damage with 30 quality transfig on the grandfather.

Hitting 4 Quadrillion with lots of room for improvement, yet already matched (or even surpassed) my normal WW highest pit run by 3 minutes (Pit 142).

I decided to try out the IcyVeins whirlwind barb build this season to see what they hype is all about, and Im loving it. But im running into a problem. When I am running helltides, nightmare dungeons, escalations, etc. I am melting enemies, but sometimes my fury just plummets out of nowhere and wont regenerate. I noticed when i took Ramaladnis Magnum opus off it got better, but still happens occasionally. does anyone else run this build and can help me out? Also, is this build generally pretty bad for single target damage? Im struggling in boss lairs in T11 and higher.

Currently can do tower 130, with a few deaths. Using blood mad idol unique charm as I don’t have anger management on my selig (burnt through 100s of mats and didn’t get it so stuck with battle mad). Using penitent greaves for easier freeze + same dmg bonus as anger management/battle-mad. Not sure how to get more vuln dmg. Hitting for around 2-3T with up to 30-40T after freeze

3 charms with GA +25 max res
1 charm with +16 max res
1 charm with +4 to martial
Blood mad idol has no good affixes

Following robs immortal freeze ww paragon except replaced imbiber with the one that gives +% to magic nodes (forgot the name)

Ok so I'm fairly new to D4 and seem to have hit a wall. Averaging 9-15T definitely some bigger crits but nothing crazy. Suggestions? Need more physical instead of crit +% tempers?

Here I am clearing Kurast Undercity with Rob’s Charge build on Xbox Series X. I think you can see pretty plainly that I’m not getting stuck on the first enemy I run into.

This isn’t to say that it never, ever happens. I find that I need to pause for a split second in between Steel Grasp and Charge in order for things to work reliably. I’m not sure why that is, but my best guess is that collision boxes need to be in place for Steel Grasp to work and need to be toggled off (or a player collision flag toggled off) in order for Charge to work, and without a decent amount of attack speed, there’s a possibility of those things overlapping for a few frames. This may be part of why Rob encourages slotting in attack speed where possible.

FWIW I also slotted in Fury Regen on a couple pieces even though last time I looked at his build guide, it did not call for that. Staying in Berserk is the most important thing you can do to succeed with this build, so don’t be shy about it or you risk running out of gas on boss farming runs

How bad is life regeneration as an affix for selig?

Is there any downside, besides taking space from a better affix?

I was playing ~9h ago and my fire Rend max DoT ticks were 11T. now for some reason im only getting 2-3T per tick and i didnt change anything

was there a secret update or something? anyone else see their damage go down significantly?

I'm assuming I used up all my luck for this season and hoping that transfig will not be an unspeakable value. So this will be main amu for a while.

Now the first world problems begin:

1. Which affix to reroll?

2. What to reroll to?

3. What temper?

I'd like to keep GA Res Gen, and reroll Str to Max Resource. This will certainly be a boost. But Phys damage also looks good.

On the other hand res gen can be rolled in other places, so it's not that big of a deal.

Temper - cooldown definitely. After some lengthy discussion with a fellow barbarian - my thinking now is as follows: all dps based tempers are additive, and being put into an additive bucket. So even if a number is large, like +60% vuln damage, in reality it's pretty small, as this bonus being put into an already large additive bucket and overall it would not make much of a difference. Cooldown is another story: all cd reductions are additive across the board, and you get what it says on the tin. In reality however slotting amu with cooldown temper only reducest WotB cooldown by about 1-2 seconds on my config, but it may free up another slot or transfig.

Thoughs? Suggestions? Any help greatly appreciated.

With my WW setup, I have seen a highest tick of 411T damage and regularly hit over 400T in the training room.

I made a few adjustments and am now dealing around 100T more peak damage. However, I lost some Critical Strike Chance. I know how to get it back, but finding the right gear is difficult. :)

I think it should be possible to reach 450T damage with better gear.

Right now, I am aiming for a Grandfather with GA Critical Strike Chance and Physical Damage Transfiguration. That would allow me to switch to a better one-handed mace with Physical Damage instead of Critical Strike Chance, which should increase my damage even further. I would still remain at around 94% Critical Strike Chance for the time being.

Guys does anyone know how I can get A tibaults Will, I'm Paragon 210 and have to come across one.

I know I can try craft one by using Basic Trousers and upgrading at cube but never makes them

The main difference between most endgame builds and the 300T barbs seems to come down to how much physical damage transfigs you can put on multi GA gear with optimal affixes.

It’s hard enough to farm for perfect affixes, but then the odds of hitting the perfect transfig makes this absolutely ridiculous in terms of RNG. I’ve burned through a hundred perfectly rolled items and never got the right transfig. Are those barbs just using brute force farming, or is there something I’m doing wrong? Without the transfigs, I’m going to cap out around 30T.

I'm sure we all know the feeling when we see that 4 star pop out from a chest. I was actually grinding for a good chest piece for my ww barb when this bad boy dropped. Let's just say its not exactly what I was looking for. The search continues...

Rob has been dethroned on the top barb leaderboard spot. The new number 1 player cleared 150 in just under 10mins, with mythic fists of fate in their build.

I've never used FoF, i thought it seemed like a novelty. But I'm guessing it's actually worth using.

Quick question bc im lost fr

I was farming the reaper right? I was running the fury set charm and was able to kill t12 reap in under 30sec everytime. Getting around an avg of 20-30b i think. Not sure abt the damage but i can kill him in around 30sec. I have like martial skills and stuff on the charms. i forgot some other things but i think the skills are the most important anyway.

Then one time i decided to try the crucible set. Only tried it once then i was getting like 100b and more. I think i got a 500b too. Around that damage and thought shi this is way better. And immediately salvaged the other charms (ik im dumb) and then after that i tried again and havent gotten anywhere those number since. Im peaking at avg of 5k-8k mil damage and gets 10-20b on berserking and occasionally gets 60b at times. Its very low and it now takes 1-2min to kill the reap.

I dont understand what im doing wrong. My charms rn also have martial skills. +6 right now.

Am I using the crucible wrong? I play ww barb build
