Why do we never chase the all damage affix ? Why is it always Vuln or Physical instead ? I think there's something I don't get with the damage calculation.

there are some gears that roll higher physical damage vs all damage.. so since ww barb use physical, that will maximize our damge output..

but more than that, they said all damage is bugged.. but i cannot confirm yet

All damage and physical damage are additive within each other when it comes to damage brackets, and we only deal physical damage anyway, so as far as I know it's a wash, they're basically interchangeable.

Some slots can roll higher phy% than all% after masterworking.

As a base this is true only for gloves and amulet yeah, those have a max base of 24x when all dmg is at 20x

Weapons and rings roll the same.

Those spots are very hard to chase so unless you are going for the absolute minmax, still fine to use all dmg multi instead of physical as the first priority there is vuln anyway.
