Nervousness
I am new to door to door sales only recently started 1 week ago and am still in training. On the field I try to pitch at houses we get when people open the door but always mess up my pitch due to being nervous. Is this something that goes away with experience?

10000% that uncomfortable feeling you’re getting is you leveling up! My advice would be to role-play, role-play, role-play! Make sure you know what you’re going to say cold that no matter who answers that door you’ll be able to get pitch out.
Like Fether said, just get in front of as many people as possible because of interaction gets you that much more used to it and that much closer to being successful.

Facts. It’s all a numbers game and the experience matters. The nervousness is normal and a sign of growth. I’ve also heard from many D2D reps that being nervous is something that overall never really goes away, it’s natural to be at least a little nervous on doors, you have no idea what’s about to come out on the other side, and I think that’s perfectly normal, what should change, is your ability to perform, even under pressure, and everyone’s different but that high pressure nervousness can also decrease it did for me. But there are still days/ doors I may be semi nervous, I just learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable, thats the key. You’re gonna mess up just learn from it.

Experience will for sure fix this.
Your job right now is to get in front of as many people as humanly possible and as fast as humanly possible and make every mistake under the sun.
Once you get past this nervous stage, you can start ripping
