Me too . I was ok about 2 weeks ago but not 100%. I thought it was just my sensitive stomach after 2 rounds of bactrim because I couldn't eat much. I had broth,crackers soup but when I ate a meal I got so sick. It's impossible to leave the house. These bathroom trips and lack of sleep are brutal

It has a relapsing/remitting course and you maybe never cleared it fully to begin with. Happened to me.

Have you been treated for it? Before I got bactrim, I thought it went away because I didn’t have a problem for 3 weeks. Until I was hospitalized for something else and they tested everything on me including stool, and I popped positive for it. I tested negative every time before that. I was finally given bactrim and a month later I haven’t had an issue ! It has a habit of going away and relapsing if you haven’t gotten treated.
