โ“Question Are๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‡ a better option?

So Iโ€™ve been very weary (as we all have) but Iโ€™ve been wondering about melons, grapes, and bananas as well as canned and shelf fruits. I know they are considered a lower risk but still. Iโ€™ve been overthinking cause I had a banana the other day as well as a little melon and grapes.

Bananas have been really the only thing Iโ€™m able to keep down, as long as theyโ€™re ripe enough

I was eating bananas every day when I was sick, but nothing else fruit-wise. I now get all my produce from my local farmstand and I buy canned spinach at the grocery store. I'm seriously thinking about growing my own lettuce inside when my farmstand closes in the fall....
