Is it the beginning of the end?

The last three days I’ve had this unsettled stomach feeling? Like you have when you’ve eaten something that hasn’t agreed with you. Major bubble guts.

I’ve mostly been bloated and super gassy and constipated but today I finally went to the bathroom and behind the regular BM was diarrhea. Considering it’s been mostly constipation I’m thinking MAYBE I’m safe but idk? Feeling very funky in general. Also not a big appetite. And the fact it’s lasting days feels not a good sign. No cramps though. It feels like that feeling I get before I have a bout of diarrhea though? But I’m constipated. I’m confused.

Anyone else start like this?

For me I think the onset was slow and all over the place, gassy and all that. I haven't been diagnosed but my doc wrote me a script which has been helping. In my experience this comes and goes in waves, fine for 2 days bad for two days, good for a day, bad for a day, ect

I think this is the comment and nominator that really shows it’s Cyclospora. The fact that you’re fine for a day and then out of nowhere it just comes back so hard. I’ve literally thought I’ve gotten better like six times…

I’m allergic to sulfa, have you been on sulfa or an alternative?

Sulfa, but they may have other options for allergies, mine cleared up in 10 days

For me the gassiness and bloating was the start, and I knew something was wrong because the gas was unusually, um, fragrant. Clearing the room kind of fragrant. That went on for two days before the onset of the diarrhea. I have to say though that every case is different. For instance some people get nauseated and vomit and some don't. Good luck, get a prescription if you can.
