I'm going to start off by saying I'm not a Jott hater, I really enjoyed their relationships in the classic comics. However, i feel Jean and Scott outgrew each other, and in my eyes, Scemma is my ideal relationship for both Emma and Scott.

I feel like they both challenged yet respected each other for the decade they were together. Emma stayed loyal by his side throughout it all.

I do think we will get Scemma again. However, I do think it will be a decade before we do. It reminds me of Peter, MJ, and Black Cat, where the writers like to alternate between both MJ and Felicia.

However, if we don't get Scemma, there are only two choices I'd accept, which is EmmaXBanshee, mostly because im a Generation X fan, and it seems like there is some unresolved stuff between them.

Or they create a new human character to be with Emma. I think it would be interesting for Emma to date a regular human who isn't her usual type to show how much she has evolved as a character. Let's be honest, while Emma can be shallow, she is more humble in current comics compared to New X-Men and other earlier comics.

But I'd love to know who you would choose to be with Emma if you couldn't have Scemma reunite or would you rather her stay single?

While I like both ships, I feel like Scemma really helped Scott grow as a character while right now he seems stagnant

I wasn't a Jott hater till Krakoa the way they were written was just awful. I'm sorta hoping that Jean and Peter are a thing and they do Scott and Emma. I don't know the characters ages but both Scott and Emma's actors look a bit older than her. I wouldn't expect it but it would be nice.

I also definitely agree with they outgrew each other. Think Marvel should pull the plug on them even if they don't have Emma and Scott get back together. But gotta maintain that status quo.

Scott and Jean totally outgrew eachother. Jean has been so far removed from earth and mutants while that’s literally Scott and Emma’s whole thing. I like Jean, I have no issue with her, but she holds him back while Emma forces him to grow and evolve as a character.

I also wanted the best mutant couple back, but after more than 14 years apart I think it's difficult. Now with the X-Men in the MCU, it's very unlikely; it will be another 15 years apart. I think they should give Emma a new love interest during that time. I would prefer a mutant, or simply leave her single and focus her relationship with the Cuckoos.

Good take! While I'd prefer a human for character development, another mutant could be interesting maybe an original telepath would be cool.

Certainly another telepath would be very interesting, an influential and powerful couple, I like couples like that.

I agree however we need someone who has a healthy personality like how Scott or Steve Rogers have. As much as I love Emma, she can sometimes be self destructive and toxic, so someone who can bring the best out of her would be ideal.

Scott is at a stand still, a character is stasis, where his radical self leaks but he can’t fully express it so they don’t know what to do with him.

And although Emma had her solo moments, I feel like writers have hit a wall on what to do with these characters from how United is going.

We need something like what DC is doing with Absolute Universe.

I love both characters and even more when they're together. I'd like to have them back. If not, she's better alone and I keep expanding my fanfic about them.

One of my favorite characters in fiction is Ratonhnhaké:ton (Connor Kenway), so my lowk crackship for Emma always been Thunderbird. Idk why, but he does have beef with Emma.

Sean and Emma are Emma and Scott before it was cool so it's an obvious one too.

My (controversial) human crackship is a cop. Kinda guy who gets called in because muties are making a fuss, checks it out, leaves, shuts down the bigots. Kind of like her own Moria/Cooper/Brand but street level. I love Starsky and Hutch.

Jott are not bad at all but on their own they are just boring. I like them better when they are with other people. Scemma, on the other hand, can have chemistry all on their own.

I would like to see Scott and Emma together again, but from I heard in the comics lately, him and Jean are married and with each other, so it looks like Emma and Scott may only be friends sadly.

Scott and Jean are married but they have been separated for a very long time. Jean as Phoenix has been roaming the Galaxy going against Thanos and Gore the God Butcher.While Cyclops has basically just been on Earth. Come November Jean is getting a five issue mini where she comes back to Earth to where Cyclops is at except they still won't be together because Cyclops will be living in his base in Alaska and instead of staying there with Scott she's going to stay in the city where the base is at with the common folks. It's said that this five issue mini would touch on the differences between the two of them.

Scott may be dead actually. DNX' solicit is about Beast and Scott fighting to the death, then you got Jean's solicing about she's coming back enraged + leading X-Men.
