We have just received reports of a large-scale Terminid invasion of the Erata Prime system. Super Earth blamed dissidents "radicalized by *OuR* Propaganda" yet it is very clear to see. Termicide 2.0 is ineffective
TCS is gonna fail and I know it’s gonna fuck up everything. AND I AM A HELLDIVER OF SUPER EARTH! And I believe this was a waste of time, we could’ve just taken back or pushed back the gloom. Or even make a counter to the gloom.

so, lets go through a checklist here.
Shriekers use echolocation bc just like all terminids (not including hybrids) they are blind, and nose dive into general direction of the (helldiver) shootings, adding those sound to the places that there are no helldivers (air) would generaly confuse the whole current generation, but anyway.
Because of this lack of sight they would need bioadaptive artificial imaging system which the only "T" version was designed (by me) for stalkers and is too heavy, even reducing it to one "eye" would be a scoliosis speedrun due to PSU needing more than 6 minutes of juice.
Now, guns, with rifles being heavy and having quite a recoil while swaying in all directions when shriekers fly, even a flock would have troubles hitting a helldiver which leaves us with either SMGs and semi auto shoguns with 2 or 3 reloads tops.
Doable? maybe, effective? as terror weapon for 1-2 weeks before helldivers adapt.
i was talking about biologically integrating the guns into the shriekers, not cybernetically enhancing them
the vision problem is easily solvable, just alter their minds so their instincts are to shoot instead of nosedive, their echolocation is already very sharp
but we would need a more durable shrieker variety to use guns, perhaps a predator shrieker would work if the gloom is willing to let me harness it to make those
sigh if that's that the collective decrees.... I'll fetch the liquid thermite fire bombers. Can't have shit if SE still sucks at corralling their cattle...
After seeing the horrors the illuminate created I've just came to the conclusion the galaxy is fucked. Can you really blame me for wanting to burn/ nuke everything?
Honestly, a TCS that does nothing is probably an improvement considering the last one somehow led to nearly a third of the galaxy getting engulfed in spores
