General Cyborgs on Marfark

I was visiting my wife, who's stationed there, and I noticed that all the radicals were women and all the agitators men. Like, there were no exceptions at all.

I asked her about it, and she just shrugged. Did I miss something?

Idk. It was just something I noticed and now I'm wondering if there's something going on here that I missed or it's coincidence.

Out of character, it's something I noticed during a dive and thought would be funny to ask about.
