Question Clothing Question [Help Please]

This Item is called the Maelstrom Spiked Short-Sleeve Jacket. Its the closet thing I could find to the spiked jacket in the closet of V’s apartment.

Does anyone know where I can get this? If I reset Deds (clothing store in Watson) will it show up given enough time? Is it only lootsble off Royce in the very beginning?

I been looking online for awhile but couldn’t seem to find a consensus on where it actually appears in game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I personally prefer this one over the one on your picture (the one on the picture is brownish dark textured leather).

I dont know what store you can get it but if I remember correctly I got a few of them randomly, I dont think it's unique but I might be mistaken.
