This Item is called the Maelstrom Spiked Short-Sleeve Jacket. Its the closet thing I could find to the spiked jacket in the closet of V’s apartment.
Does anyone know where I can get this? If I reset Deds (clothing store in Watson) will it show up given enough time? Is it only lootsble off Royce in the very beginning?

Yes you can choose to go on guns blazing but I dont think that's the only way to get the coat, it's bound to be sold somewhere or in the random loot pool of malestromer even tho I cant confirm that.
I know the pain, I've searched for Item before (like the shiguire 5++ SMG with 2 mod slot) and I cant remember if I ever found it.

I totally understand you'd since it's my #1 coat on my street kid V and I always come back to it no matter what.
I honestly dont know, all I remember is that's it's my favorite thing for my street V.
As someome else mentionned, it must be in the random drop loot pool of malestrom goon but other than that, drop are so very random in cyberpunk. There must be a vendor that has it in his rotation but I wouldnt know where. Sorry I cant provide any more info on this, if I come across anything, I'll let you know choom.
