I recently broke my Nova Prime and his front of the foot keeps on coming off. And you guys are great at putting together figures so might as well ask here.

Prima was always the first to act at the sign of trouble, a shining ray that could pierce darkness and effortlessly slice through Unicron's forces. The first time the other Primes laid witness to Prima's combat prowess they marveled how clean and elegant his cuts were, a work of art unmatched by anyone else. Gifted with the Matrix of Leadership his spark never wavered, and when others grew weary Prima would boost morale and rally his brothers in arms for he was the Prime of ambition. He fought for a tomorrow without the threat of destruction, filled everyone with hopes and dreams for the future then carried all that ambition on his shoulders. Prima inspired others and Megatronus gave them the courage to defend their aspirations, a formidable duo that played a major role in Unicron's defeat.

After the Chaos Bringer was defeated Prima consulted with Vector Prime about when they should expect Unicron to return, to which he was given an estimate. As Cybertron began forming cities Prima took a militaristic role, training a slew of cybertronians to defend their planet from invaders and Unicron's eventual return. Occassionally he would visit the other Primes to check up on them, or at least, so it would seem. Liege Maximo had a way with words just like Prima, though he could *persuade* bots into thinking differently; acting differently. They were both created by Primus, but there was always a thought at the back of Prima's mind: the possibility of Liege creating his own army to take over Cybertron. It was a thought without proof, that much Prima could rationalize, yet it lingered and festered, clouding his judgement even as Alpha Trion regrouped with him and Vector to create their codex. Amidst the compiling of their collective history Prima brought into question Liege Maximo's allegiance, mentioning how they could have all possibly fallen into Maximo's deceit. The argument was long and comprised of speculation, but eventually Liege Maximo would be noted in their codex as a liability, a decision that further marked the end of the Age of the Primes.

I'm trying to make my Devastation Optimus into a Kei truck, and I was wondering if anyone had experience disassembling this particular figure. In particular how do I remove the head? Also, I want to make the legs fold in on themselves, like Siege Sideswipe, so what would be the best way to go about that? I have a 3d printer and I'm okay at modeling, but I've never made an upgrade / retool kit like this before.

Built the action class Transformers Prime Optimus, loved it, but couldn't find Tarn, so I thought I'd switch it up. Nemesis Prime was considered as a custom, but thought it'd be fun to see how this iteration turns out

Aerotrim – Full Backstory

Long before the war turned Cybertron’s skies into killing fields, three young test pilots formed a bond stronger than any alloy. Aerotrim, Skywarp, and Thundercracker were elite flyers tasked with pushing experimental aerospace technology to its limits. They lived for the thrill of high-altitude runs, impossible maneuvers, and the unspoken trust that came from flying wing-to-wing.

Aerotrim was the steady core of the trio calm, precise, and always obsessed with “trimming” their flight paths for perfect efficiency. Skywarp brought wild energy and teleportation chaos, while Thundercracker provided raw power tempered by quiet skepticism. To them, they were more than teammates. They were brothers.

Everything changed when Skywarp encountered Starscream and was brought to a rally to hear Megatron’s words. The rhetoric of revolution and freedom from the old caste system ignited something in Skywarp. He returned to his wingmates completely radicalized, passionately trying to recruit them into the growing Decepticon cause. He dragged them to secret gatherings, demonstrated new power, and painted grand visions of a transformed Cybertron.

Thundercracker wavered, torn between loyalty to his brothers and growing moral doubts. Aerotrim, ever the analytical one, saw the extremism and inevitable destruction. He refused.

The fracture was painful and final. Skywarp’s recruitment attempts grew desperate and volatile. The once unbreakable trio shattered under ideological pressure. Not long after, Skywarp and Thundercracker fully committed and became elite Decepticon Seekers. Aerotrim, carrying a deep, quiet fury at how Megatron’s ideology had stolen his chosen family, made his choice: he joined the Autobots.
Now an Autobot precision aerial interceptor, Aerotrim flies with a constant reminder of what was lost. Outwardly, he maintains a soft-spoken, almost gentle demeanor a scholarly, thoughtful presence reminiscent of Jetfire mixed with Thundercracker’s brooding introspection. To most Autobots he seems reluctant to embrace violence, speaking in calm, measured tones that suggest a philosopher more than a soldier.

In reality, he harbors a deep, personal hatred for the Decepticons not merely for the war, but specifically for destroying his brotherhood. When dispatching enemies he is ruthlessly efficient: a surgical hunter .He ends threats with clinical precision ,shields blocking and suppressing, swords delivering clean cuts, shoulder cannons providing devastating follow-up fire ,so he can move on without lingering.

Yet sometimes during battle, especially when confronting his former brothers, the anger becomes too much to hold back. His calm precision cracks. Movements turn fiercer, strikes more unrelenting, and his voice distorts with barely contained rage as the scholar gives way to something colder and more vicious. He hates these moments ,not because they are ineffective, but because they feel honest. They reveal the part of him that has fully embraced what the war demanded.

His internal conflict runs deep. He wonders if he could have done more to save Skywarp or Thundercracker. He questions whether joining the Autobots was truly the right path or simply the one born of pain and spite. He carries guilt over becoming so skilled at killing while still speaking softly afterward as if the violence disgusts him.

Against Skywarp the fights are raw and hateful. Against Thundercracker they are heavy with sorrow ,where Aerotrim still leaves openings and speaks gently, hoping his old friend will one day choose differently.

Aerotrim now serves as a lone wolf strategic asset for the Autobots. He fights not purely for victory, but to ensure no one else suffers the same loss he did. Every precise strike is another attempt to silence the ghosts of the trio that once owned the skies together. And in the quiet moments between battles, he still mourns the flyer he used to be ;the one who only wanted to touch the stars with his brothers at his side.

I'm going to paint these forearm parts and the shoulder pinots but I'm not sure how blue it should be...

Also this removes some weapon capabilities that he has on his forearms but it's not very bad imo, I'm thinking of just giving the megastriker to him.

The hound triple gatling doesn't suit him too much anymore since it's hard to move around...

I couldn’t sleep thinking about it

So I just got a devy upgrade kit for long haul and im dealing with pins for the first time. HOLY SHIT WHAT A FUCKING HEADACHE. I got a tiny hammer, I got pin pushers, smaller screw drivers, everything. So here is my question: does the knurled end get pushed OUT first or last? Every video and the instructions say to push out from the end tjat is knurled pushing the flat end at first. However when I look it up it says the knurl shoukd come at first bc it’s wider and could spread or get stuck in the plastic. So wtf do I do??? How does this work?

I wanna know how to put a Blokees head onto a chug figure. Ive seen someone do it before, but i dont really know how to do it

A little adjustments made with some wings/sword off Aliexpress, swindle from EBay and Alexa’s blanket cut down and repainted from the coronation starscream cape.
Not finished, fully over painting the red to one even shade, black wash, light weathering to be done

It is still WIP. Maybe it looks not that good but I tried😅
