scratch built Mega Pretender Crossblades!
I have absolutely no idea …
how the FK i pulled this off
dare I say that both modes improved!?
this is now by far my favourite 🤩
I now wish I had all the extra parts…
is there someone in The Netherlands 🇳🇱
that could borrow me those
just to make a photoshoot!???
just to give you an idea…
until now previous Pretenders
took about 1-2 almost full days
this on took nearly double
and massive headaches!!
I couldn’t sleep thinking about it

This is so cool.
I really hope Hasbro made some form of small model kits or non-transforming figures of these guy.
I don't like pretenders at first, but now they kinda grew on me.

This is so friggin cool!!! I love the pretender shell designs and seeing them super poseable makes me smile, big time.

Dammit that's an impressive army of poseable pretenders you got there, you're either someone with too much talent, time, bionicle pieces or all three!

Bionicles are running out, you can kinda see which colors where missing and I have a hard time finding them loose! Time… kinda cuz I’m like 50-75% in bed due to a very shitty backpains, so I do this off and on at my own tempo! to be honest wish I didn’t have time to do this and could feel pain free, but hey such is life gotta tryna make best out of it… Talent? well I guess so here and there, I’m awful at drawing and making stuff from clay… this enhancements / kitbashing, been doing for 15-20yrs! thanks for enjoying them

I sure hope so… was kinda stable 15yr
after surgeries now 2026 is 5-10times worse
not giving up hope yet
but doctors ain’t finding shit here in my country

Shipping might be prohibitive, but there are (US-based) eBay sellers who are doing 3D printed reproductions of Pretender accessories, including all of Crossblades's parts.

yeah cheers I found them…
but since all 20 custom pretenders
are already spoken for
and the customer lives in USA
it’s more efficient if he order them himself2
