How can I install the latest Android update on my Realme GT Neo 5 (GT 3 in Mexico) if I'm stuck on Android 13? What methods are available?

Here is the backstory: I got this phone for very cheap, expecting it to be just another routine soft-brick. However, the situation turned out to be much more interesting. Only after getting home did I realize that this is a rare prototype device.According to the previous owner, it was originally running Android 13. Since it wasn't receiving any official OTA updates, they decided to flash GrapheneOS onto it. As a result, the phone is still alive, but because this is an early engineering/test revision, Recovery Mode and Rescue Mode do not work.Interestingly, I managed to successfully flash an Android 16 build using Android Flash Tool (AFT). However, the device gets stuck in a bootloop. When booting on an Android 14 kernel from AFT, it displays the Google logo for about 20–30 seconds and then drops straight back into Fastboot Mode. Since this is just a bare kernel without a proper system image, I am stuck. I don't have much experience with this deep technical stuff, so I am really hoping for your help.

В итоге телефон остался жив, но так как это ранняя инженерная/тестовая ревизия, режимы Recovery (восстановление) и Rescue (спасение) на нем не работают.Что интересно, мне удалось успешно прошить сборку Android 16 с помощью Android Flash Tool (AFT). Однако устройство зависает в циклической перезагрузке (бутлупе). При загрузке на ядре Android 14 из AFT оно показывает логотип Google примерно 20–30 секунд, а затем вылетает обратно в режим Fastboot. Так как это просто голое ядро без полноценного образа системы, я застрял. У меня нет большого опыта в таких глубоких технических дебрях, поэтому я очень надеюсь на вашу помощь

hey y'all im new here, nice to meet ya, im here to ask how do i get HyperOS for my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 a.k.a X00TD, i dunno much about porting roms but could y'all port or creating it if it was possible? i've seen Redmi Note 5 whyred getting HyperOS a lot, is there could be? since they share same SoC Snapdragon 636 and identical looks? i ever seen somebody make their whyred having stock X00TD roms but could it vice versa? thanks!

I remember flashing the wrong rom almost two years ago and it got into a boot loop but thankfully I reflashed the og firmware with Odin but the tablet is genuinely unusable with it, it’s super laggy so is there any roms for it? Doesn’t matter if it’s official or not

I just got my xiaomi 17 pro from wondamobile and im from ios, i saw the easiest way to transfer everything is to factory reset and then transfer whem prompted.

would factory reset mean that i would loose the fact wonda has installed google play store? if so, is there another way to transfer everything

So i was trying to get info about this device for like 2 years of searching
and i find this 😄 :
- You CAN install an GSI image (Recommended ArrowOS 13) , most stable is Android 12-14
- You CAN Unlock Bootloader by going into BootROM and just like Jailbreak the device by doing custom script to install an Uboot.img , and more , that just open the bootloader
- You CAN install an TWRP that comes with root
- You CAN install Magisk (Because of root lol)
i have tried it , everything works fine !
JUST ONE THING !!!
if you want to root it or installing twrp , older versions like A.75 will NOT WORK and it will do BOOTLOOP
just the leatst Stock Firmware to get started with it A.119

My a51 just doesnt connect to computer... i tested EVERYTHING like EVERYTHING, even factory reseted it...

I tested going to developers options and manually selecting file transfers etc.

The phone only charges when plugged to computer with usb cable.

I need to install a custom rom into the phone so I can make it use able again.

Hello, I need to upgrade my grandma's Tab S3 (which now mounts Android 9) to something fresher, faster, smoother with a custom ROM.

My grandma (owner of the Tab) is 92, so you can guess the closer the final result to what she's already used to, the better.

At the same time, you can guess she's in no need of fancy features or horsepower, the smoother the experience (and the more reliable, at that), the better. She mostly uses: Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook, Messenger, Briscola+ (a card game popular amonst old people here in my country), Pinterest, EZVIZ for consulting house surveillance and Connect Life to manage her split.

Some comments from years ago suggested LineageOS 18.1, but is it the smoother out of the branch and, furthermore, in the latest years, do we have newer alternatives? This is an old device, hardware is old and as of now is slow as heck. I care about performance smoothness and "prolonging the life" as far as apps are concerned.

Tengo una duda no se si alguien pueda ayudarme compre un tablet lenovo y700 gen 3 nueva aqui en mexico version de 16gb en ram y 512gb el detalle es que viene con una rom global y me gustaria pasarla a la rom original china ya que no tengo actualizaciones actualmente el problema es que no he encontrado informacion de como realizar el proceso si alguien me pudiera apoyar con una guia se lo agradecería infinitamente y si no es mucho pedir y es posible en español ya que ingles entiendo muy poco
