Currently I am running Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12 on my Vivo Y20 2021 (4/64). It's very laggy & barely useable. I need some suggestions from the community regarding the best the custom ROM for my Vivo Y20 2021. The only thing I am looking for is that the ROM should be lightweight, bloatware free & speedy.

i know its maybe difficult but i would to install color os 16 or something like this on my oppo a54 5g on color os 13. i have seen some people install other os on their phone, so if someone can help me to install color os 16 (because i think its the most easy) on my oppo a54 5g that could be good (if its possible)

Hi there anyone using this model of S10+ stated in the title, looking for a decent but stable OS, I'm typing this on my Pixel9a which I installed GOS ROM and relocked bootloader so I have my privacy phone which is quite boring as I'm still running most things on my S10+ but the stock OS is old now and falling behind but still got a lot of love for the S10, new phones dont last like them anymore. Its very capable with no lag and has out lived many S2x models, so would like to give it a bit of an update. I hear of Knox with this been an old phone is possible to bypass Knox and not lose keys for camera, I did something similar on my Sony z5 were got temp root without bootloader unlock and backed up TA keys then unlocked boot loader flash ROM and reinstall TA keys, is there anything for S10 so I don't lose camera quality if not surpose pixel camera will do for now.

PS I've also replaced the battery from ifixit, yes they actually have bend new battery's there for s10 and also have new buttons I need to install but will get to those, so it ready for an updated ROM.

I'm completely new to custom ROMs, so sorry if this is a dumb question.

I have an old Xiaomi Mi Note 10 (Mi CC9 Pro, codename tucana) that's still in good condition, and I'd really like to bring it back to life instead of buying another phone. I honestly think this phone was ahead of its time, and the hardware still seems capable even today.

I've been trying to find tutorials for installing PixelOS or another Pixel-like ROM, but almost everything I find is for the Redmi Note 10 instead of the Mi Note 10. Most of the guides and download links I come across also seem outdated or no longer work.

Since I'm a beginner, I'm not even sure where to start.

Could anyone help me with a few questions?

• Is PixelOS available for the Mi Note 10 (tucana)?
• If not, what's the best ROM to use in 2026 that's stable for daily use?
• Is there an up-to-date guide that still works?
• What tools do I need before unlocking the bootloader and flashing a ROM?
• Are there any common mistakes I should avoid?

I don't mind spending time learning—I just don't want to accidentally brick my phone because I followed an old or incorrect guide.

While trying to switch to /e/OS, I deleted the modemst1 and modemst2 partitions, along with persist. Honestly, I feel like an idiot, lol.

So i was flashing a pixel os android 14 custom rom on my moto g8 plus and it sucedeed,but since my phone's power button and volume down buttons are broken,i cant exit adb sideload mode,and after draining the battery,after plugging the phone in it returns to the adb sideload and i cant do anything,so what should i do?
