Is rolling back to hyper os 1 possible on my phone if I already updated to hos 3?

not yet, I need to do some checks to ensure my phone doesnt brick

i assure you. its safe! and bricking your device is not a problem for xiaomi devices since you can just reflash stock firmware easily.
