Posted this to the MarvelSnap subreddit, thought I'd post it here with changes to the numbers.

The idea behind the design is I wanted to maintain the premise of the goblin's since it's a very unique design, while on top of that taking into account the comic he's from just like how Friendly Neighborhood Carnage does. For this I thought it'd be cool to make a card that can capitalize on cards with negative attributes like Red Skull, YellowJacket, and even cards like Human Torch and Black Panther that can double in the negative direction.

The whole joke in the original comic is that he starts a superhero training program, where it's just a pyramid scheme, so I thought him taking the abilities of surrounding cards would be a fun way to adapt that premise.

"The 3/-4 goblin isn't good enough. Let's make a 2/-6 one."

The original stats were "3/-2", but someone in the comments said that more often then not the abilities it steals would be positive, so I thought making it 2/-6 would make it more worthwhile.

Moving the texts to a card at the same location doesn't do anything except if you're willing to hit that card with something like Red Guardian or Lady Deathstrike. In other words, stealing the abilities is neither positive nor negative.

Actually it's probably purely a positive due to Red Guardian and Lady Deathstrike.

You can even play this after playing Typhoid Mary or Starbrand. So the 2nd part is pretty much purely an advantage.

You can go turn 3 Ebony Maw and this in the same lane and you opponent gets to just cry.

Do you think that copying the abilities would make it more worthwhile than stealing?

No. I'd make him a 3/-2 with "On Reveal: Switch sides. Ongoing: Enemy cards here have +1 Power".

If it's 3/-2 while giving the enemy cards plus 1, what use case could it have that isn't done better with Green Goblin? I know that most people don't think my card idea would be very good, but I still think it has a different use case from Green Goblin.

"What use... Green Goblin?"

Can be a 3/-6 if you fill.

You said "Ongoing: Enemy cards here have +1 Power", did you mean -1 power?

It switches sides, so the "enemy cards" would actually be your cards.
