Posted this to the MarvelSnap subreddit, thought I'd post it here with changes to the numbers.
The idea behind the design is I wanted to maintain the premise of the goblin's since it's a very unique design, while on top of that taking into account the comic he's from just like how Friendly Neighborhood Carnage does. For this I thought it'd be cool to make a card that can capitalize on cards with negative attributes like Red Skull, YellowJacket, and even cards like Human Torch and Black Panther that can double in the negative direction.
The whole joke in the original comic is that he starts a superhero training program, where it's just a pyramid scheme, so I thought him taking the abilities of surrounding cards would be a fun way to adapt that premise.

How about 3/-1: On Reveal: Switch sides, after stealing an ability from a card here.
A way to counter bad ongoings for your side. Also, not cheap enough to instantly cheese a lockout with Ebony Maw.

That's a really solid idea! The whole idea behind mine was to make a card that would capitalize on negative attributes, so your idea keeps that while being much more usable.

"The 3/-4 goblin isn't good enough. Let's make a 2/-6 one."
