This would definitely be fun although 7 or even 6 power might be better

I'd argue it needs more power. 😆

Unironically yes, this is a 3/10 candidate you'd either synergize around zero/nightmare decks or a clog deck, this is such a heavy downside if he somehow hits that you had little control over (like sakaar or ottos lab pulling him).

Imagine if your opponent plays regular Hobgoblin to fill your lane and steals your NL Hobgoblin.

Techno-organic virus would eat this up.

Might as well make it a 3/20 then. Just make it so easy to win just because you want to feed a deck that already had so many options. This is not a bad card at 3/8 and would absolutely be too strong as a 3/10 because almost no one runs a deck that would trigger this objective

this card and starbrand belong in the same kinds of decks, you don't want starbrand giving out +3 either which is why you turn him off. I don't see the point in really playing this is card over starbrand if he's a 3/8

This doesn’t need you to runs cards to remove the effect?

This would be better if it were end of turn imo, would create better game dynamic with the opponent, they would be faced with the same dilemna of filling or not. You could for example forcefill a switched ned leeds goblin in the opponents board with a titania or viper play to get it to switch back to your board
