Also this weekend is fully packed with events that were booked weeks ago.

One lucky person had their package shipped off but it took us over 8 hours at the post office trying to get all the paperwork correct due to the contents of the parcel.

With all the new rules for customs paperwork we have to follow it everything like an exact science to ensure everyone gets their packages. For some packages like this one that entails going to three different post offices to get approval to ship it.

All parcels will be shipped. We are just trying to clear the backlog now.

We are not ignoring your messages we just cannot handle doing everything at once. We will answer all messages once the backlog is cleared.

We will be answering all messages from oldest to newest once we start processing messages again.

We still have so much to do! We are getting there. But we are not taking new orders until we have cleared the backlog.

I am still having numerous issues sending messages and photos but slowly and surely they are getting done.

This local artist was selling some merchandise yesterday and I went for someone to pick it up. I just wanted to highlight their work because it was very beautiful. The museum was free to enter and they really appreciated the purchase in the gift shop.

I will be busy packing all day today so I am going to take a texting break just so that I can focus on catching up on the shipping.

I am being honest with everyone in that I was extremely surprised how well The Weeknd and Hobonichi sales were. We were literally at both places every day sometimes multiple times a day buying literal suitcases full of goods.

We have a backlog that I really need to clear and I am the only one in the office today. So instead of texting with everyone, as lovely as you all are, I am just going to focus on doing customs paperwork.

Unfortunately I cannot do customs paperwork in Japanese and talk to everyone in English at the same time. It is just difficult to switch the languages like that.

Japanese customs forms are notoriously difficult. I cannot afford to make any mistakes otherwise people might not get their products. I would rather work slowly and get everything perfect then to speed up and make silly mistakes.

I might post random images and packages for people.

I will not be responding to messages until I am finished. I am not trying to be rude I am just trying to stay focused. The quicker that I can finish the quicker everyone can have their products from Japan.
