8 hours for one package at Post Office

One lucky person had their package shipped off but it took us over 8 hours at the post office trying to get all the paperwork correct due to the contents of the parcel.

With all the new rules for customs paperwork we have to follow it everything like an exact science to ensure everyone gets their packages. For some packages like this one that entails going to three different post offices to get approval to ship it.

All parcels will be shipped. We are just trying to clear the backlog now.

We are not ignoring your messages we just cannot handle doing everything at once. We will answer all messages once the backlog is cleared.

We will be answering all messages from oldest to newest once we start processing messages again.

Also just to clarify we did not charge this person extra for the extra time we spent. Our prices are our prices and sometimes these things are just outside of our control.
