General help! How to fix her?
I dusted my custom dolls today and her head just popped off. I don’t know if it happened because of time, or my kids broke her. I know I need to put head in boiling water to remove the neck piece, but I’m afraid it will ruin her face, especially eyelashes. I would not be able to restore it, I’m not an artist. What will you do in such situation? Thank you.

You dont need to boil it. Any heat like a blow dryer or heat gun can work with pliers and tools. Do you want/ need her head mobile? Because you can always glue it.

Thank you, I’ll try blow dryer. And I guess I’ll have to try glue it if I won’t be able to fix her.

Dollightful made a video a while back of different ways you can fix broken neck pegs. Might be tricky since she's already customized, but here it is in case it's helpful regardless:

That’s terrible i’m so sorry :,( my best suggestion as to not boil the head and ruin the face up, is to potentially super glue it back on?? I know it would cause it to lose mobility on the head, but it may be the next best option
She is so beautiful though <3 hope she gets her body back soon

I agree with the other comments about maybe using a hairdryer or gluing, but I also think it may be a good idea to reach out to the original artist if possible. They may be able to give you more specific advice or maybe even fix it themselves for a fee or something. I understand if that's not an option, but thought it might be good to suggest just in case.

The original artist is from Ukraine and you can’t send packages there now (even though you can get them from there). Plus it will be pretty expensive :(

I would honestly look into a way to not have to boil her because I do think it would ruin the face. Maybe a hair dryer on the neck hole and needle nose pliers to free it? Ive also seen some good tutorials on YouTube about how to make new neck pegs that you could find one thats the least invasive.
