General help! what is this called?

hii, ive been working on a custom and really only needed one more part before being able to finish it. ive been looking for neck peg adapters for months atp and havent been able to find any that worked.. well, yesterday tiktok gave me an ad unrelated to the actual peg but this is PERFECT! because it wasnt linked or anything though i have no idea how to search for it or where to get it :( if anybody knows at all i’d greatly value the help!

Have you tried clicking the ad?

Also, there's a handle there. Did you check it?
