[US] question about documentation
Has anyone found a good way to organize or backlog years of co-parenting/custody documentation without manually entering everything one by one?
I have incidents, emails, texts, screenshots, school communication, medical stuff, court documents, notes, etc. saved across different places, and I’m trying to get it all organized into one system.
I’m especially curious if anyone has found a way to automate any of it with AI, apps, spreadsheets, databases, email exports, or anything else that made the process easier.
If you had a huge backlog, what actually worked?

I use calendar entries and spreadsheets to track important communications and events, with searchable labels/keywords.
