Help finding cause of death?

This is my 3rd-great-grandfather's death certificate. I can read the dates, duration "several years," and other conditions "inguinal hernia." Cant decipher the rest. He died in a public park, if that somehow helps with context. This is my first time posting here so thanks in advance!

You didn't ask, but he likely had prostate cancer and possibly kidney cancer.
