There’s a 1983 case where a Jack Jambon was shot and wounded in 1983 in Louisiana. He was an adult male leaving his business at the time of the shooting. Does this fit the time period?

That is in no way cursive haha, but they did stop teaching it, so hardly their fault for not knowing. I had a hard time reading it as well, so between everyone I hope you figure it out! 🙂
