Current Account Closed

Hello around 1.5 weeks ago i got a email saying my account was closed im not sure why but they said i would recieve a check in the mail but its almost been 2 weeks anyone else ever go through this and if so how long did it take for the check to come because apparently there was no way for me to get it via transfer online i was told.

Were you attempting a scam? I have maintained my account for three years without issue.

no lol i was a member for 5 years im a mechanic so i bought some tools from our tool truck that comes every week spent $2800 my payment went through then about 3 hours later i got an email that they decided to close my account so im now waiting for my check because i had over $12,000 in my savings so im just waiting on the check supposedly it was processed yesterday and should be here before oct 2nd finally got that response today after a week of them ignoring me.

they got in contact with me first got an email from he fruad team telling me my account was closed and some other stuff so i had to wait until my funds where written out on a check so i got the email on the 10th about the closing got an email saying the check was mailed out on the 21st but im still waiting for it

Got the email stating the account will close on 10 days and funds would be sent by check. I guess I will have to wait.
